Lucy Hawkins - FCCA

With over 20 years’ experience in accountancy, I am proud to have been a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) for 14 years.

After successfully running my own accountancy practice, I have now co-founded Belles Accountants, a limited company created to expand our capacity and support a wider range of ambitious business owners. This next chapter allows us to deliver the same personalised, relationship-driven service — while growing alongside our clients.

While I work with clients across a wide range of industries, I have particular experience supporting content creators and digital entrepreneurs. I understand the complexities of modern income streams — from brand partnerships to online platforms — and provide tailored advice to ensure both compliance and tax efficiency.

I am highly experienced in Xero, working at an advanced level to help clients build efficient cloud-based systems, gain real-time financial insight and make informed decisions about their growth.

I remain deeply passionate about supporting small businesses on their financial journey. Whether through bookkeeping, management accounts, tax planning or ongoing advisory support, I believe no question should ever feel ‘silly.’ A strong relationship with your accountant is essential — and every client deserves to feel supported, informed and understood.

Outside of work, I enjoy visiting local food festivals to support fellow small businesses — and to very thoroughly test their products in the name of due diligence.
